Most olive oils on the market are cut with cheaper oils, and a lot of the time they are cut with vegetable oils. We love the Lia oil for its character, purity, and quality. It's most definitely one of our favorites in the line up of olive oils with a medium bodied fruitiness, herbaceous, and perfectly balanced. Lia hand picks their olives and press them the same day they are picked, and only use cold extraction method to preserve all the nutritive qualities of the olives.
USAGE: Salad dressings, finishing oil for sauces, pastas, desserts, fish, and vegetables
